ESMI tasked our creative and web team to assist in the design and roll-out of 32+ eDMS. Given the extent of emails and adaptions required for this project, our scalable design solution and technical project management equipped the team to deliver all required emails.

Using 4 different programs (Loyalty Lion, Okendo, Octane AI and StarShipIT), our team created a design around the required eDM features and functions that personalised content for each user. Building out the eDMs for both AUS and US shoppers, our web team provided ESMI’s internal team with time-effective support.
