We are looking for an Account manager working full-time with the flexibility to work from home and our office in the Brisbane CBD. Some exposure to marketing is beneficial but not mandatory.
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the front line in working with our clients, understanding their needs, and working with the internal team to deliver the work to the highest standards. You will be contributing to the business’ growth by cultivating and maintaining client relationships.
You have exceptional attention to detail, can prioritise your workload, have phenomenal communication skills and are confident in speaking with both clients and new prospects.You can manage the day-to-day running of projects and coordinating with internal teams to streamline processes. Your priority is ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and surpassing client expectations.
You are well known for your ability to think, problem-solve, ask the right questions and be willing to help clients with their needs. You have fantastic interpersonal and negotiation skills and a good sense of humour!
